Players: Get your entries in!! We have recieved a few entries already and have had several people email and pm that they are going to settle up at The US OPEN. Don't get shut out of a great event- esp. the one-pocket. Everyone asked for a one-pocket event so you guys got it!!! Too excited about this event and what King Street Billiards is doing to support our sport!!
 
This is shaping up to be one great event. A very reasonable entry fee, attractive room rates, and fabulous added money. All and all a good deal for any player, pro or not. Shannon and Marge are on the right track here. One suggestion, make your room reservations early. The Ramada Inn will surely fill up. I've encouraged Shannon to find what other motels are available in the area. I think they'll need them.

I'm looking forward to this one...SD told me there was a possibility about this one a little while ago, so I'm glad to see it's really going to happen. I'll be going to this tournament, as it's been on my schedule for the past few months now. Should be a great one....;)

I agree, thats a weak move Mike, i dont want to piss off anyone but thats not the way do things. regards eric/ not that i'm perfct I have made pleanty of bad moves in my life too.

For those who are ineligible to play in so called "amateur" tournaments, this is just the ticket.
 
The Players Championship is open to ALL players no matter what your tour status is. We are welcoming all players- men, ladies, juniors...if you own a pool cue and have $100 you are eligible to play with some of the best players in the world. This is gonna be a great tourney with a nice purse $25,000 Added Guaranteed! You can't beat that with only a $100 entry - (a piece) for the one-pocket and 10-ball.
