He loved my Diamond Pro-am as much as I do!!! He was always on it or sleeping under it!!!

My daughter brought him home when she was in college. Their mascot was the Eagles. Her best friend that was with her, who was going to another college, her college mascot was the Aggies. They named him Agle!! LOL.

His name should've been Efren as much as was around the pool table!! LOL.

R.I.P. Buddy :crying:

Dear Mr Wilson,
Please don't bump this to the NPR section. Please, hear me out....

Bugtruck is our pal and he's been a very good member here. His post IS pool related for the following reasons.....
1. It has a Diamond Pro-Am table mentioned in it.

2. The cat was near it (another reference to a pool table)

3. The cat came from some college, & every college has, you guessed it, pool tables and people who play pool.

4. The immortal name "Efren" is mentioned, and that's not the other girl's mascot's name either!

5. After expressing condolences to the kitty, Bigtruck tried to write something about Buddy Hall, but his emotion at the time over-whelmed him & he had to stop at "Buddy".

6. I remember when my kittycat, "Fluffy-Luigi" died. It was devastating to see my kids crying. If Bigtruck has any heart at all, it will affect his game by at least a ball for about 7-10 days.

7. Someday, YOUR pet may be possibly eaten by coyotes or wolves. Heck, who knows. Maybe a Bigfoot took the kitty and if THAT is the case, the world heard it HERE first! Think of the free publicity! Pool would be in the news and on the map!

8. It's just the right thing to do to let Bigtruck get some love here on the main forum. It's something we the peeps feel good about, trying to comfort one of our valued buddies.

9. You will probably EARN some good brownie points with the animal lovers that abound on AZB.

10. Bigtruck would let YOU keep a post like that here and HE wouldn't bump it over to the dreaded, desolate, nobody even knows its there NPR section.

The defence rests. :D

Sorry to hear about Argle, Ray. Hopefully he was just spooked and will show up in a few days with a few mysterious bumps. Or maybe someone took him in thinking he needed a home...I would check the local animal shelters in the next few weeks just in case.

Thanks!!

My nine year old sent me this e-mail. It made me tear up.

Sometimes Cats just go missing for a couple of days. Someone may have him inside their house thinking it was a stray. Get some flyers up around the hood and go door to door. There's also the chance that he just went on a road trip. Are you missing any cues and money?

Our cats wander off for days all the time, especially the toms. If Agle isn't neutered he's most likely out hookin it up

That's really sad. I couldn't imaging losing any of my 3 cats. I know people that I'd rather lose before Firefly, Tigger or Butterscotch (and no, I didn't name them).

We have three cats, all outside. One of them was MIA for almost 5 weeks and showed up out of the blue. It has taken another vacation and has been gone for 2 weeks now. Maybe the food is better elsewhere, or he is getting action.

Good luck and hope it is not a coyote. We actually have had to worry about a really big owl in the area. It has taken three neighborhood cats!
