today we had a break in and aprox 100 cues were taken , please pray for us!we will compile a list! but these have to hit the market somtime . we were not covered by insurance on these . and about 10 cues were consingment. we will be asking for help from the billiard community! but right now i need prayer! this is in Gods hands and the police! this is devestating as this is our sole income for me and my 2 children! again please pray
 
Man that really sucks ! I hope you recover the cues and the crook or crooks get just what is coming to get . I hope they get life in prison with a very lonely roommate named big bubba . If there was anything I could do to help I would . I get to a lot of tournaments around here and would be glad to pass out stolen cue flyer's should you decide to make some up . I will look closely at the pictures you post of the stolen cues and will keep my eye's out for them .

I agree it would be a great idea to make this a sticky till all the cues are recovered .

This makes me sick to hear of it - absolutely sick. If you can provide a list of the cues that are gone and links to the pictures I will have my web designer make you a page that lists every one of them so that we can spread that page throughout the poolworld's internet and bring these scumsuckers to justice!!!

At least I can help by providing the labor to build this page for you if you want.

I can't see how these cues could hit the market and not be noticed, and just recently there was a thread about someone else getting stolen cues back. So there's hope.

If you don't mind me asking, how is it that the cues are not insured? You guys have Szambotis, Ginacues, SWs, Blacks, Shicks, and on an on... Did you not have insurance? Or is the insurance company disputing the coverage on the stolen cues for some reason? If the latter, it might be worth talking to an attorney.

I like to know the answer to the insurance question myself. My business insurance covered a theft of a couple high end cues to the tune of $3500 once. Obviously this is well out of that league but their has to be some kind of insurance coverage.

my insurance would not cover because they are speciality items and we were being refered to loyds of london.and were working on coverage . wewer just compiling a list to get a quote!!

Hey Bill,
This is what I propose. I can set you up with a website up with an image gallery (I started doing this for Doug) where all the stolen property will be available. I can set this up tomorrow if you wish, as long as you tell me what cues have been stolen and I will figure some of them out from your website. I will do this for you my friend, even if I have to work my butt off this weekend on this. We can put a link from your website to the image gallery of stolen cues.

Alert all the pawn shops in your area. The guy might be just dumb enough... I'm sure at least some of these will surface over time. Very sorry to hear though.

That was definatelly a hit to the heart of world billiards. Sorry to hear this Bill but i am confident that poilice will do the right thing. My thoughts are with you and your family. And to others that own big collections: BE extremelly carefull. Global economic recession will lead us to acts like this.
