it was'nt price to sell! It was priced to be given away as a christmas gift!:eek: :eek: :eek:

How about a trade for my Christmas gift? i have not open the box yet! I'm assuming its a box loaded with $$$ (J/K):smile:

I don't think its hard, especially if you have references and I'm sure there are many that would vouch for Rudy. Don't know what the issue is but I would think it because of Fish & Wildlife. If the cue went through fine...I think both party would have been happy. If I shipped an ivory cue to taiwan, I make sure the buyer understand the risk and any fee rest with the buyer. I think that should be made clear before proceeding with any transaction. I would think that if something was agreed prior to the transaction that the agreement should be honored.

I'm curious how escrow service would handle this issues and if they had provision on how to handle this situation.

I'm sure you guys will work this out.

Who ever the package is addressed to in the States, That's who's name the fine gets attached too. So for those that might want to be a referee for two Gentlemen, You will be systematically screwed.
