lol im guessing you didn't read the description:

Ernie has NO PROBLEM with it. He says in his TAR interview that this type of tribute where credit is given is free advertising and has lead to people who otherwise would never hear of Gina cues buying real ones from him.
Ernie says what burns him up though is when other high end cue makers copy his designs.
Go to www.theactionreport.com and watch the Ernie interview. He CLEARLY says he doesn't have any problem at all with this cue.
