WTB - Kaiser SW style cue w/ 2 shafts

Well,

I have a friend who really wants a Kaiser SW style cue with 2 shafts. He is an OK player, and he shoots with a cuetec right now, but wants to make the switch.
I found one on Ebay for $88 shipped.

Is that the best price out there?
Anyone got one cheaper - just thought I would ask, before he makes the purchase.
