I saw all the good posts about Nielsens (JoeRackEm) and wanted to know if anyone has good/bad experiences from CheapShotBilliards.

I ordered a Q-Claw from them before Xmas for a friend and have yet to receive the order. Their voicemail is full for over a week (Phone has never been answered by a person) so you cannot leave a message and they have not responded to my emails yet.

Rather frustrating...

My brother just ordered a replacement shaft for his Lucasi from them a few days ago.

Did he actually speak with someone? Has he received any tracking information or the order yet?

If you google the address it is a duplex home in CA (Nice swimming pool)

There have been none of the monthy "News: updates on their site since September.
