still can't see anything

For some reason my Vista machine quit showing any of the live streams. I just rolled the registry changes back a long ways, no help. Wish I could agitate but I can't see a thing. Chat works, no video.

I have the windows firewall off running Kasporsky. Turned it off too. Still no happiness. This started a few months ago, I don't know what nailed me. Since I don't watch live streams all the time I don't know exactly when it stopped working. Canned video's work fine.
