clear your pms who gets first choice,I 've never had a cue with that joint how the hit compared to a radial wood to wood

pm box is clear..... i like this joint it plays great with great feed back with a firm hit may be some body else will post here that has this set up lefty 84 will have first shot to buy this cue he was second to pm me.
 
I will keep my eye on the thread for info on the hit,If lefty doesn't want the cue I will most likely take it,would like to have it for sun if possible
 
Beautiful cue

I have one of Sly's 1/2 steel jointed cues and it plays great at first I didn't think I would like it either but after receiving it and giving it some time I fell in love with the hit and the overall feed back I got from the cue.

Give it a try you won't be disappointed, if my wife wasn't remodeling the bathroom I would have bought this cue on the spot it has my 2 favorite woods quilted maple and thuya burl can't go wrong with this beautiful combination.

Good Luck pulling the trigger. The safety might be on. Hopefully not.

Leon Sly is probably one of the best up and coming out there. This is just another of his fine examples of breaking away from the crowd. The ringwork is gorgeous and again shows he's very innovative in his combinations of woods. I know who I want to make my dreamcue for my birthday. It gonna go something like what's black and white and red all over.

Bump for a very nice looking cue. The ringwork on this cue is increditable.

thats an fantastic piece of Quilted Maple ... i love it.
Great selection of woods ... even the Burl isnt my cup of tea ... but in this case they work great together.

well I was taking time off to have a cue buit ,quitting for 3-6months but what I want takes longer than that so I need something to hit balls with:grin-square:
 
I have to agree, I regrettably do not own a Sly........YET, but I have talked to Leon a few times and could not be a nicer guy to talk to or deal with.
I hope you enjoy this incredible looking beauty.
