haha.. The funny thing in this to me is I had already put this user cuerepair1969 on my ignore list about two days ago after speaking with him in a PM..

I think he just sold a swift case here didn't he?

Thank You John for the heads up on this Skumbag. I was looking to buy some cues, I'm sure glad I didn't run into him. I don't need to go to jail for taking care of someone like him. Thank you again my friend. The powers that be should check this out!

I bought a case from him, got it yesterday. I paid him with Paypal, but the address was different than the one in this thread. Who knew?

Like he doesn't know Tascarella makes wrapless cues. Considering that a wrapless Tascarella is the cue he had problems delivering to John & had all the problems with here at AZ. :rolleyes:

By the way Jeff, when you sent that cue to John, it had a cracked ferrule on one of the shafts. Guess you "forgot" to mention that to him. :o
 
I know others have had bad transactions and others had good ones. But I must say, he shipped me the matching JP's for my Blue Grass BEFORE I even paid for them(not sure why they were seperated from the cue but that's immaterial at this point). They showed up, they were what he said they were, and I paid.... pretty simple. Not vouching for this guy or implying anything, just that with me, he did what he said he would do.

seems odd for someone to have perfect transactions, then tragic ones, and then right back to good ones. Not sure what's going on with this guy
 
Yes, he has a few good deals here on AZ.

But, he has had bad ones also and screwed people.

He is not welcome here.........period!!!!!
 
I need help here guys. Cuerepair1969 was the winner of the raffle I held yesterday, I will most certainly ship him the GTF case since he won it fair and square. Can I get a third party involved in this transaction to avoid any issues that could potentially occur. I will pay the escrow fee, maybe Fast N Loose can chime in.

What do you need a 3rd party for? Ship him the case with signature confirmation and that's all you need.

Funny how some people can be so lucky. lol. I see guys winning 2 or 3 raffs a month and then this guy wins one. lol

Actually he didnt win it "fair and square". Your raffle was open to AZB members only, and he hasnt been a member here since he was banned under his original AZ nick, JForney36.

I just hope the people who payed him for his raffle get their money back that they paypaled him.

He is now banned. Just a thought here, but if he was never welcome,
could you refund him the money back, run another raffle, and just let one
more willing person buy his slot? Again, just a thought. I believe that if he
was never welcome here, he should not have had the right to buy a slot in
the first place. Just thinking out loud.
 
I feel this way.

Open the spots he had reserved for another AZB member in good standing.

As far as him, he was not supposed to be on the forum anyway. He paid for something that he was not eligible for.

He loses his money.

I think that is fair.

If you decide to take my advice and open his spots up to members in good standing, I will take number 14.
