This is a cue made by Jerry Rauenzahn from a John Davis full-splice blank. I bought it with one shaft and had Jerry make me a new one (4.4 ounces!) out of his "secret stash". Cue plays fantastic. There is a chip in the buttcap. Also just found a1/2" hairline crack in one ferrule. Specs and pics below. Price lowered to SOLD

Thanks, Lu

4 Purpleheart Points into purpleheart forearm with 3 veneers, black, natural, black
Stainless Steel half-joint, 5/16x14 piloted.

Neat cue.....

Is the wrap shorter than normal to expose the butterfly splice at the base of the points, or was the blank "pushed up" towards the joint to expose the butterflies?

This cue is awesome!!! Someone is going to get a great deal.

Jerry makes a great cue!

Good Luck David!

Hey, Marcus-

I think John altered the blank because the wrap is about the same length as other cues I have. It definitely is a unique treatment.
