Sly sneaky full-spliced, ebony with tulipwood

Received the cue today, thanks Joe!

It is considerably nicer in person than in the pictures. Leon does a great job. I'll let everyone know how it plays once I get some time with it. But I have no doubt it will play great. :thumbup:
 
Nice pick up ...Great lookiong cue ... And being a SLY I know it hits well Sly's cues all hit pretty consistant...
 
Ok so I've had some time to play with the Sly. The first time I played with it, I absolutely hated it. As is turned out it was just the tip I hated. It came with a Kamuii Medium that was as hard as a rock. I quick tip chage solved the problem and now it's much better.

I will say that I like the cue. I do have one hang up wit hit though, it's a little thin in the butt for me. I've always liked a cue that was a little thicker. I owned a Schon for a short time and sold it for the same reason.

So this may be back on the market sooner rather than later.
