Great guesses so far! If I would have had to bet, I would have also went with Chas Clements or Marc Turcasso, or maybe even an experiment by my old pal Sam Engles... I would have been wrong, though!

Any picture of the interior. Just for fun Jack Justis /Redding. But it could been done by any local Leather Crafter or Saddle Maker.
