Dragon Sleeved Cue

My cue came out excellent and well exceeded my expectations.

Dmitry took the example photo of the dragon I found and ran with it.
The detail in the mammoth sleeve carving is amazing.

The sleeve, however, was not to be out done by the quality of the even-length points in the butt of the cue and each of two (2) shafts.

The joint is simple to have the black flow from the forearm thru to the points in each shaft.

This is my first cue with the lighter weight G-10 pin. The cue hits great and has the feel of a one-piece cue.

I suggest you consider jumping on the current DBK raffle cue on the forum, buying a cue directly from Dmitry, or one of his that come up for sale on this forum.

Shafts

I turned a couple of Dmitrys shafts down to a simi pro taper, and they hit stiff but a lot like a good hard maple. I left some meat in them so when the buyer does buy them there is something to work with . Love these shafts , they are as good as our maple . Thanks Jim

Thanks, guys. Certainly the carved sleeve is not my work. It was made by the professional carver-artist. He made it 3 weeks. If I would make it, probably would make till now :). Difficult work.

Separate thanks to Robert for trust and patience.
