I just got my custom cue from Doug Patrick owner of partickcustomcues.com. I'm very happy with Doug's way he treated me through this whole experience. Can't say enough about his great customer service, communication skills and knowledge of his business. He has been a pleasure to deal with and did a excellent job for me. He constantly showed me the progress of the creation of my cue. The cue was designed by Doug and myself and I can't believe the outcome, playability and finish on the cue. It has beautiful jet black ebony. Everything white from the joint down is ivory. The flame veneers are very nice and sharp, with matching rings in all places. It's finished off with white & black ring tail lizard wrap that is a very nice touch. Cue goes together nicely, everything lines up smoothly. I have gotten alot of compliments about this cue even from my personal friends with their old and new Black Boars. They also used this cue and really liked it's play and finish. Over all I give Doug all the credit for everything this cue is. Thank you Doug Patrick.

I know you have to be proud of this cue. If it plays as good as mine you will be happy for a long time.

Doug does great work.
 
That is a really great total package! The flame veneers against the ivory points are striking. It all flows together very nicely. Doug did an especially good job on this one.
 
This to me is the best cue Doug has made, absolutely stunning work and I am sure it plays well, need to test run one of these one day. :smile:
 
Took a second look and noticed the 1 of 3 nice touch. Just think someday someone 20 30 40 50 years from now might see that and say "wow he only made 3 of this design !"

Measureman I to think it was a nice touch because I'm planing it for a kepper. To be honest this isn't my last Patrick Custom Cue! Thanks for looking:smile:
 
Thanks guys for all the nice words on this cue. I believe I am going to have to step it up another knotch to build something nicer than this one! I do have something in mind though! I believe Rick knows what the forearm looks like!!!!!

I'm certainly no cue expert but thats fantastic. I'm not usualy fond of bright veneers but those make everything stand out. I've seen some of the other posts on here from Patrick cues and I would love to hit a few balls sometime with one. I think the work is great as well as the designs.
