A b+w billiards St George snooker cue made locally to me are class cues but not so well known in many parts of the uk let alone abroard and they aint cheap at £175 new, plus ? for a tele ext and butt joint say £200

2nd hand off ebay including postage of £20 I got it for £67.50

Spalted big leaf maple burl piece of wood from florida off ebay £15 plus £15 p+p

£45 to Dave Brown of Craftsman cues of leeds fo the splicing etc and approx £15 for the two way postage.


£157.50 all in.

I've a dozen or more cues now though i regulary play with just a couple I'll grab another every so often just for a change.

This'll be my favourite for some time i expect.
 
Congrats on the new cue. Love the way a B & W hits and love the additional work.

I'm looking to buy a new snooker cue and had my eye on one of these babys... No finished photos yet but it this was a work in progress.

Thai made then I presume ?

Nothing wrong with Thai made cues they are as good as any but consideing such cues are made at a fraction of the cost of a uk made one I personally wouldn't deal with an importer charging a 100% plus mark up as he does. I'd rather buy a home made one or import one myself.
