This is a new Keith Kue, the "Gypsy Queen" completed in August for Maurey Johnson of Music Service.

It has 72 razor sharp points, 24 each of Gabon ebony, cocobolo and elk antler in Birds-eye Maple. All points are inlays inside of inlays and not veneered. Elk antler joint, buttcap, and ferrules. Accented with elegant ringwork by the "Ringmaster".

This is rare old school craftsmanship made with no CNC's, no veneers, and no pantographs.

This is a great looking cue, and the Old Style Craftsmanship is outstanding, if you do mind me asking, how much does something like this cost? In addition, since no CNC, or Pantograph was used I assume the cue is Full Spliced?

Great job and thanks very much for sharing, it is not every day that we see this type of Craftsmanship, all I can say is Wow!!!!!!

That's outstanding. I used to have one similar, wish I never let it go. KK makes a terrific cue.

Maurey was telling me about this cue at SVB-Frost match in iowa. Not suprised at all because Keith makes an excellent looking and hitting cue. Nice work!

Looks great.

Do you really think, its possible?

I'm sure it would be possible, but you don't need a cnc or a pantograph to recut points, its probably half-splice the ring is just where the A joint is. I've seen a handful of cues like this that were quality and thats how they were all done. Thats a beautiful cue tho....very pretty ring work.

@greyghost
I mean full splice. I don't think, it's possible in this case.

Yea me neither, by saying POSSIBLE I meant like you know anything is possible with enough time, money, patience...you would probably die from frustration trying to make a full splice version of that, lol

Thanks for all the kind words!

Blue Book for this cue is $4650. These points are milled and the following pic shows the inside of her before being cleanly faced, threaded and doweled.

And to my friend Joe, best wishes to you and hope all goes well with you.

Could you give some information on the cue maker? I'm not familiar with Keith Kue.

The cue is outstanding.......

I'd have to say this is two half spliced sections fitted together.

This cue is jaw dropping, I saw it today and took numerous pictures which I will be putting up later. A Keith Kustom Kue may be one of my next ones.
