Here is a cue I just finished for fellow AZer Tattoo.

The forearm and buttsleeve are highly figured Thuya burl.

Here are the specs...

Ivory joint
5/16-14 piloted
Black collars with nickle silver rings
Thuya burl forearm
black/orange/blue/green/red veneers (Thats right, five)
Ebony point wood
Textured leather wrap
Thuya burl buttsleeve
Ivory Hoppe Ring
Short phenolic buttcap

Two shafts, Ivory ferrules and Moori tips

I just saw this cue's photo on your site about 1 hour ago, still unfinished..
And here it is..Ready for Mick....

Couldn't wait to get home so I could see the pics (couldn't at work, network geek thing).
That is a wonderful combo of colors! Even with the strong veneer pack, the points almost step back into the burl. Gorgeous piece of Thuya, too. Sometimes it has too many small "eyes" for my liking - not here. This has beautifully variegated depth - almost a "nebulosity" to it. So much character. Would love to see a bigger side view of the forearm. Piloted joint, too...good man.
Tattoo, you booked a winner here for sure. Great job, Lee!!
