Looking for opinions on my custom made score keepers

I have made a few of these and was wondering what everyone thinks of them.

You can hang them above your pool lights in the poolroom and are very visable from long distances.

Hardest part was hand painting the balls to color match the balls numbered 1-9 for a race to 9 setup. More balls can be added for longer races.

Thanks for looking and please add your opinions.

Kevin, it's good to hear from you. It's been awhile. What are you selling these for in bulk. I have a couple of pool rooms who may be interested.

Too much

Too much color there...perhaps do 10 with the nine ball marked and the 5 ball marked so folks can follow...but...not my cup of tea

The reason I used all the color is so that from a distance it is easier to tell the score of a match. I have been to a room where I was trying to sweat two matches at different ends of the room. They had similar scorekeepers but the colored balls were all the same color. Due to them all being the same they seemed to blend together and it made it much harder to truely differentiate the actual score. I kept having to get up and walk towards the other table in order to count the balls to know the score. Thank you for you input.

Great idea Kevin, I hope it works out I think they should do well for you, I will be giving you a call later this week, or we can meet at the club<<ED

I think it's awesome!! Better than moving a coin around. Not to mention it's visible for all else to see. Good job.

Are they for sale? You don't give a price.
Kevin you do know this is the For Sale section! Right?
Why didn't you use pool balls?

It looks like the balls are made of a hard styrofoam. If so, you might want to use something a little more durable for actual production. The style reminds me of the really large ones used at the US open, but I do like them.

I think you got a winner here. I agree with John. Might make sure the balls are sturdy enough and also put a stop washer on the ends so that the 1 and 9 balls don't get eaten up when players slide them into the ends. I personally would like to see a bigger frame and bigger balls, but what you have there would definitely get the job done.

I like it.
