Imho

I have never owned one or ever played with one having said that, the workmanship always looks to be top notch. Impressive cues, every one I've seen.

It is a fine cue.

He is one of the top makers. Check out Cornerstone for comparisons on prices or do a search on this forum.

its a good buy, hes underrated any other cue maker out there doing the silver inlays would charge twice as much for that cue. best bang for your buck. I love all the carmeli cues that I had hit with. plus martin is good to deal with he backs up every cue that he sells

as far as playability his cues have good feedback and are on the stiffer side but not too stiff. His cues play good, i would highly recommend any of them. i have owned his plain janes all the way to one of a kind ivory pointed cues, they all played well. You will not be disappointed.

Thanks You very much.

How did you know i was dealing with Martin ?

Steve

Martin's had that cue on his site for quite a while. It happens to be one of the best looking Carmelis ever made imo. Not as flashy as some of the really higher end ones, but this one is deep & subtle. Awesome coloration, veneers, coco, the silver inlays...
Beautiful cue!!

Ariel Carmeli = Great guy, great cue maker. Great hitting cues.

Martin Bick = Great guy and great to deal with.

Win - Win !!!!!!!

I have hit with about 10 of Ariels cues and they all hit really nice.

I had him make me a really fancy set that I was going to use as my players, but they were just too nice and I couldn't pay comfortably with them because I was constantly afraid of damaging them.

A buddy of mine bought a nice Carmeli from Martin and couldn't be happier with the deal and the cue. Ariel's cues are definately a good bang for the buck.

Here's a pic of the fancy set he make me. Both of these cues played lights out........

Ariel makes a fine cue. He played in my in-house league for several years and sold a lot of cues out of my room. I played with one for a couple of years and really liked it.

Thank you all for all of your help, I have reached a decission.......

My caramelli should be here on Black Friday, no need for me to go to any door buster sales !!!!!!

Couldn't agree more. I own cues by Lambros, Josey, Scruggs, Sigel, Jacoby, Downey and the cue I use is my Carmeli Hoppe style cue. I love it.

I have bought two AC's from Martin.....AC's work is excellent, the cues match up against any other I have ever hit.....Martin is easy to deal with, very professional....

Also, the pictures you showed are a dead giveaway you are dealing with him, he takes the best pics and uses the blue background.....

That is a beautiful cue....you will love it....

I have owned a few and own 2 now.

I have not found one of them that played poorly. I actually was first impressed with how similiar all of his cues played.

That said I just retired my fancier Carmeli for one of his Tad tribute plainer
cues.

It plays different than the others..... BETTER.

After owning roughly 150+ cues over the years I can easily say that the cue I play with now is the best playing cue I have ever hit a ball with.

I have let dozens of people play with it since getting it a few months back and all have commented on the hit. While hit is personable to each owner I can't imagine many if any having negative comments on the hit.

Ariel is making more of these style cues and I have test hit several to make sure that the hits are all like mine. If interested in more details
please let me know.
Here is a link to the cue and also a couple pics of my Ariel that I don't play with. I am thinking about selling and getting another

I've hit with a Carmeli Cue, and want to get one myself. The only thing I didn't care for was they are a little too back-weighted for my liking. But it could have been the model my friend had as well. They're a very good value and he does some terrific work.
