Watertown group gets ripped off for a pool table !!!

i see they are using the credentials of the BCA on there webpage. www.pooltablesdirect.com

Jerry if you see this take a look for yourself sir. I don't think you would approve of this. they cashed a check july 11 for the said pooltable and they do not have it, or a refund.
 
This is the SECOND time in two years this company has done this. We installed tables for this company during last year. Around the same time last year the company stopped all contact. I was stuck for about 2500.00 in unpaid invoices. I have the bankrupty paperwork on my desk!

The company supposedly reformed under a new owner. I had to laugh when i was contacted to do installs again. The past two years have really has taken its toll on quite a few internet companies in our industry. I do not believe they will be getting anything back.

man, i just hate to see an association of this magnatude get screwed like this.:frown:
 
A worthy cause

First of all....my heartfelt sympathy for Ron and his fellows. Secondly...I would not hesitate to file a civil complaint and get on record with it....first come....first served distribution of assets kinda thing. Then hope the local DA will persue criminal charges on their behalf.....On the flip side....If this company does deliver on their...." check is in the mail"....promise, Then I think we need to hear about it here. Based on what at first glance appears to be a history of shady dealings......I'm not holding my breath either
 
How are their tables 100% American made and they are waiting for international suppliers? Terrible situation and hopefully it works out for them somehow in the end.

There is some good news on this story - Cool Waters Pools and Spas donated a brand new table to the center in Watertown.
