iTrader Help, maybe the mods can make this a sticky to help all the new users with iT

Maybe if they moved The buyer and seller transaction reports out of the ITrader sticky and put them where they belong in the "Buyer and Seller" report sticky.
Then just make one "Tutorial sticky" to include stuff like the NEWS and Tutorials like this.
Other point your tutorial does not cover the vB 3 skin. You also need to reitterate that only Buyer, Seller and Staff can see the additional comments.
I know it says it. But I guess many don't see the fine print. Many of the additional comments I get are really meant for the public to see.

Changing a neutral to a positive itrader
I sold vrob a shaft, he wrote a good statement but he checked neutral.
I sent him a pm and asked from his statement why he left a neutral instead of a positive. He told me that when he posted it he made a mistake and clicked neutral, and that he's very happy with the shaft. He wanted to know how to change it to a positive. I told him I wasn't sure if he could or not. And told him what I thought he could do. But I'm not sure if it will let him make the change. Any help would be appreciated. If you want you can send it directly to vrob.

Mike, AZhousepro is the only one that can fix it.
You should send him a PM explaining the mistake.
It might take a little while but he usually will handle it.
WARNING To all be sure not to use the up/down key to navigate to the next drop down. It will change your selection.
Use the tab key or point & click.
