<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<< FS 1985 SW FRANKLIN PEDATE With LOA >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

This 1985 SW Franklin Predate is in EXCELLENT CONDITION & ROLLS STRAIGHT. The 6 razor sharp points and butt sleeve are East Indian Macassar Ebony (this wood is very beautiful and unlike any other Macassar Ebony I have ever seen). Each point has a single green veneer. One ferrule is yellow Micarta; the other is Ivory. This cue was authenticated by Laurie Franklin of SW cues for me in a letter dated 12/9/09, which comes with the cue. Of course, the cue hits GREAT like any other Franklin.

The specs are:

Length: 58.0 inches.

Weight: 19.5 oz. with either shaft.

Shaft Diameters: 12.08 mm. and 12.04 mm.

This cue has been SOLD. Thanks for your interest.

Has the cue been refinished? And if so, who did it?

I've owned the cue for less than 2 months. I'm sure that it has been refinished in the past 25 years, and have no idea who might have done the refinish. Suffice to say, the cue is a bargain at the listed price.

Beauty Mike!!!

Too cheap though......

:)

I hear you, Russ. One would think a cue like this Franklin would have been snapped up at my asking price, which is a little too low. Unlike others, I do not mark a cue up just to discount it and look like I'm giving someone a deal. All of my asking prices are very competitive. Best regards.

Awesome cue at a hell of a price.... If those shafts were 13 mm it would be sold.... Good Luck on the sale someone will definately be stealing this one...

Woohoo!!!! Thanks for the cue Mike. A lot of guys missed out on this one. It is way better than you described. I mic'd the shafts and it came out to 12.18mm & 12.22mm and they don't feel like toothpicks, the yellow micarta ferrule is the bomb.

BTW, thanks for the joint protectors and the Quality Cues coin. I'm off to the pool hall to try this baby out.

Hi Gary:

Thanks for your kind words. I'm confident that you will love the way that the Franklin hits.
