Here are a few pics of a cue repair that I'm proud of. Before, in progress and After pics. The forearm was busted just below the joint. I replaced the forearm and built new rings. The joint pin and Micarta joint were re-used. I love the hit of this cue, would love to be able to get some of this old micarta joint material. Enjoy the pics.

Still a nice cue

Slip, who made that cue it's really nice, even broken you can see that. Fantastic repair job by the way your finish looks great.....Ray:grin-square:

Sliprock, you did a great job restoring that cue.
Instead of being firewood someone will enjoy playing with that cue for years to come.
Yeah ... It aint the money, its the love of the work and the challange that makes a project like that rewarding.
Its something to work on when you feel like it with no time pressure or deadline to complete. It is something you do because you enjoy doing it.
