Eric Crisp Sugartree FS Scallop style

No choice but to sell this beauty I have been sitting on for a little bit now.

Curly maple and Cocobolo Handle (Cocobolo is very light and unique)
3/8-10 brass pin with custom joint protectors
58 inches
phenolic joints and butt cap
2 Shafts 13mm Kamui and Mori tips
19 oz
Scallops in handle (most amazing thing I have seen in person)
Perfect rings at all positions

Cue is the nicest hitting cue I have ever hit with. Test hit only on one shaft the other has less than 10 racks on it. I also have a OB-2 shaft for sale with light lay that is 3/8-10 will throw it in for a good deal on a package.

1950.00 shipped in the USA International may be extra 2050.00 with the OB-2

Thanks guys for looking

PM if you are interested

Timmy

May be it is quilted bubinga. Hope Eric will chip in here.

I am close to 99.99% sure that this is not cocobola.

Eric has some of the best looking woods.

Price is good, cue is good should go really fast:thumbup:

Regardless if it is cocobolo or not and I have senn cocobolo like that btw... What a wicked cue my friend!

I was thinking the exact same thing. Sweet cue though, including the JPs!
Mr H

PS. "There aint no 'a' in cocobolo." :)

The handle looks like it oculd be figured bubinga to me. GL with the sale. Nice cue, regardless of what wood is in it!

Thx for the kind words guys I love this cue and I wish I could keep it but I am relocating and need to lighten some things for extra money

The handle looks like it could be figured bubinga to me.

My thoughts exactly. I have some figured bubinga here thats identical to it. The jp's are indeed coco...the handle wood does not have the grain characteristics to be even "light" colored coco. I'm sure Eric can chime in with the final word. Sharp cue regardless.

It's bubinga. One of my favorite designs, too. A good mix of a P/J with some petite splicing to give another dimension of character. Something about it reminds me of a woman. It's got rich color, beautiful figure & soft but evident curves, all wrapped up in a package meant to get the job done. Cues are fun :)
