It was a great auction. I would just like to thank #576 for not out bidding me on the cue I really wanted.
 
Great looking cues Ted. I suppose you`ll be needing some more tips? LOL

Wow that is a very nice Huebler and Palmer Ted. Would like to see closeup of butt on the Heubler posted.

That would of been collusion.
A federal offense punishable by forteiture of registration number, all half-jointed cues, and custom joint protectors.
 
I would love to have seen the Andersen. He made me two or three cues in the late 80's and they all hit very good.

Another AZ'er ended up with the Andersen. I will try to get him to post it.

The Anderson cue is one that I should of bid on.
This one was very nice...what was I thinking.
My first auction.
The John Guffy cues were nice too.

Randy used to advertise in the billiard rags of the mid to late 80's. Ivory pointed cues starting at 675.00. He got his blanks from Verl Horn/Prather and Horn taught him about cuemaking. He put me in touch with Verl and I had Verl build me a cue. At that time '87 I didn't know what Verl was capable of. I would have had him build me a Hornybushka just for keepsakes...

Randy sent me two line cues, looked like JW with similar blocks at the joint. Then he made me a great custom that is somewhere in Pa... lol

Great bunch of cues and a wonderful case! Was this the auction that was posted from Denver? I am sure.

That Black Boar looks like a winner! I will post pictures of my new upgrade... :D

Hey Jeff,

I'll take some better pics, of the Jensen cue.
It plays great.
You think it's easy going to these auctions, then taking everything to the pool hall to check out, and making a case deal after that.
Not to mention a box full of China.
If it wasn't for Will, I wouldn't have these pics.
