I called and talked to Casey who said "Entry will be $70 and $20 will be returned/added to the pot. Tables will be open!"

Casey was called about your request. His wife will be going to the Super 8 (about a mile down the road) and get info for you tomorrow. She will be seeking a special tournament rate ;). I will pass once known.

Being the nits that we are -- we will keep our eyes open for anything cheaper. This does sound good though ... the rooms look nice ... it's only a mile away---> what's not to like thus far!?

That's cheap enough!! The last time I had an inexpensive hotel in New Orleans,it came with a knock on the door by a woman who was looking for a good time!!! I need my rest between matches. BTW I'm a frugal Cajun,that helps me avoid the nit label.:groucho:

Just spoke to Casey from The Big Easy this morning. He said they checked out the rooms at the Super 8 and they are clean and remodeled recently.

7 ft Valley's, NEW (Now) Simonis. The tables are in excellent condition. The place is clean and well run. Casey & Ray, the owners, do a great job with the place and the tournament ends each day at a reasonable time to make way for action!

You will also be able to watch the games at www.poolactiontv.com !!
