Its time for a new hit...so I'm posting 2 Vintage Viking players for trade, possibly cash.
Cue #1
The first cue is a (1967) Viking V30. Its a early Gordie Hart True Balance conversion with a solid hit. It has 4 rosewood points, no veneers and features a brass 5/16 x 18 pin, and piloted brass joint. The shaft and butt collars are both solid black. It has one original shaft with a re-glued ferule and a Kamui II MS tip. I have owned the cue for approximately a year and a half, and it has seen a descent but not absurd amount of play in this time. The shaft has about a 12.75 mm ferule/tip and has been finished with an oil rub...however it does not show any bluing from chalk like most oil finish do. There are small nicks and dings but nothing unexpected for a 43 year old cue. Like I said the hit is solid/firm, but does nicely with the MS Kamui tip. This cue is bumperless...and shows ware to the bottom of the butt cap due to this fact.
Cue #2
The second cue is a (1983) Viking A85 (I maybe off on the model.)
It has 3 cocobolo points w/ 3 Wico veneers that are Blk/Orange/yellowed white. It has a stainless joint which appears to have a bronze like finish and a round 5/16 x 18 pin. One original shaft with slight chalking discoloration. It has a 12.25mm Elkmaster tip and has a small pilot. Its wrap is bronze/orange with black and it also features a orange marbleized butt cap and rings.
I'm looking for a 2 for 1 trade with me receiving an upgrade, preferably with no money involved.
Please make offers if interested or if you would be interested in either cue as a individual trade or possible purchase.
