Mitchell Thomas Custom Cues - A True Old School Craftsman

Great stuff. Woodworkers always know how to make truly fantastic patterns.

I had a friend in Germany who started making cues in a spare bedroom. Having no knowledge of either woodworking or machining he started gluing up blocks and cutting them at ll sorts of angles and regluing and recutting and eventually he learned how to make a lot of incredible patterns.

This type of work is the basis of what Samsara does and I personally think we need more of it in cue making.

Thank you for sharing.

his work looks clean and concepts are interesting.
depending on his pricing might get in line to have a cue made.
is he set-up to take cue orders/requests?

Hey cuejunkie,

Yes he is ready for custom orders and can build to your specs. IMO his prices are way too cheap for what you get, but I am sure that will change before long.

If you want to give me an idea of what you want, I can get an estimate for you or if you want to call Mitchell, please feel free. He is easy to talk to. Please mention that you saw his cues on AZB so you get the best price :)

Let me know how I can help

A few more on the way...

The cues I am showing you are all sold but two. Mitchell can't make them fast enough for there to be playing cues for sale at this time. Everything is custom order only. I will try to have a few j/b cues made asap.
