HEre's a very nice Thompson custom for sale. This cue belongs to a good friend of mine who is chasing after Scruggs cues lately. This cue has some light play and blueing on the shaft. This shaft has a 10" Taper that gives a bit stiffer hit.

Cue is made of quality curley maple and Snakewood. The Snakewood is bordered with Gaboon Ebony vaneers. This is a awesome looking/playing cue. He's gonna kick himself for letting this one go...

I have several Thompson cues for sale. They are all one of a kind cues.

13mm tip with a 10" taperd shaft
Butt- 15.95oz
Shaft- 4.50oz
3/8x10 pin mated into micarta. Shaft also has a micarta insert to make a very nice joint.

Love the look of this cue! Nothing boring about it. I'm going to have to check out some more of the Thompson cues.
 
And the pic's really don't do these cues justice. They look much better in hand and they play lights out. They have their own original style but you will not believe how many people will approch you when you play with one. I have sold about 20+ Thompson cues locally. Time to offer them to a wider market. You will love their cues and that is guaranteed!
 
Here is something else the Thompson's built. While not billiard related, I wanted to share with you the kind of talent these fine craftsmen possess. They don't build traditional archery equipment any longer (sold the business)...

They also build world class acoustic guitars. One player won a national title in a bluegrass competition and that title put their guitars on the map, in a big way. These guys are really gifted...
