I've had Paul Allers fix the jump joint portion of the cue , everything lines up well now.

FIRE SALE !!!! $275 shipped Conus

I've had Ken clean up the cue and take the scrape off the forearm.
Also cleaned the shaft, ready to play !!!!
I really need to move this out of the closet. I will sacrifice for $275 shipped

Nice looking Cocobola into Maple, Paul Dayton JB cue For Sale
29 inch shaft, 3.7 oz, not sure what ferrule material is , Talisman Medium tip.
Butt is 29 inches, 15.1 oz, .840 @ joint. Brown Phenolic joint and
Butt cap with nice brass rings. Jump portion of butt is 12 inches and weighs 4.7oz. You can see from the pics there is a scrape on the forearm, only damage I can find. The points are less than 1/4 inch off and when you tighten the jump portion on to the Butt it does not line up exactly as seen in the pictures. I think the maple ring could be turned down a hair to solve this. Still a very nice cue, plays well on it's own, or can be used to break or Jump. Paid $425, asking $350 shipped and insured with tracking
by USPS.
David

Can you say hijack? I knew ya could

Nope, I don't mean to hijack. I put a similar post in my own thread, directing people to dpaulnot's cue. The cues are not really competing, since one is a player and one is a jump/break. I thought the cross-referencing might be worthwhile, given that the cues are a good pair, and that someone might like to own both.

Not a problem from me, I think it was a good idea. The cues obviously match and would make a great pair for someone. A playing set from Paul Dayton at this price is certainly a great deal . Thanks Chuck, good thinking on your part. David
