Cheap sneaky with pred shaft

Got this sneaky as part of a deal and I have no use for it as I don't need it nor do I use pred shafts. It has a 3/8x10 pin, the sneaky butt weighs 15.55oz, and the pred 1st gen shaft weighs 3.315oz. at 12.7mm. Looking to get 185 shipped excluding paypal fees. who made this cue? any marking or anything on it? how much would paypal fees be? oh and is that an ivory butcap?

not sure, its just a purpleheart sneaky with no markings. paypal is 4%. the buttcap is some sort of linen weave. not delrin, im guessing its phenolic.
