Looking for pictures of Nice home pool rooms

Hi,

I'm getting ready to paint/decorate my home games room... it is a little bare right now... I'm looking for pictures of nicely done home pool rooms.

Please post pics or links to pics

Here are two pictures to give you an idea of what I'm working with. (pool table, classic vids and a pinball.

Current Layout (basement has 10ft ceilings which give more options)

This is my room...

I just finished my basement last year (with help) for the sole purpose of fitting a 9’ table. I gutted the space, moved columns and beefed up a beam. It sure helps to know an engineer or two!

First image is the plan which makes the whole project a breeze if followed. The next image is the finished product. It ain't great but it's all mine!

Hope this gives you an idea or two…

Looks like your basement and mine have two things in common, a pool table and a drum set. What kind of kit do you have?

The drums are (peeking out'a the room for a moment) Gretsch. They are my brother's but I smack 'em around when he's away. I am fortunate that the bungalow we share has such a HUGE basement.

-120 inch HD Quality Big Screen
-2900 Watts of surround sound
-Internet connected HT system with 400 disc DVD Changer and 'hub' which downloads dvd and cd information from the internet, with onscreen GUI
-All work done by me - from design to finish work.

P.S> Will trade Home Theater system for a cue:

Chris ... Trouble is, your don't have a lot of wall space
available because of your video games and the cue racks.
I think around the cue racks on the wall, you need some
slender pictures that are longer than wider. That there
will limit your selection. I liked the gold color I saw in a
picture above in the thread. Stands out a little, but still
a warm color. I guess that you shouold just reflect what
you like or your personality in decorating the room, but
don't overdue it. Classic looks are never overdone.
