Noel, the cue is a Schmelke, however, it was not made out of Titlist made by Brunswick. In late 1968, until sometime during 1969 Schmelke made cues for Brunswick, this was after Brunswick stopped making their own and before Brunswick's production was moved to Taiwan.

During this time Schmelke was making reproduction Titlist blanks that were made in their factory, and the first series of Brunswick cues made after Brunswick stopped making cues were made by them.

Nice cue Noel, however, I doubt that it is worth a great deal Schmelke cues are just not really collectible, why? I don't know, I have always liked the older cues that they made, and their cues made to day are great for the price.

Hope this helps Noel!~!:)

Noel, the cue is obviously well used which tells me it must have been a great player. If it is still straight it should be worth at least $100 in my opinion, if not a little more.

If I were I would have the cue refinished, and give it to the young player in your Avatar, that would make a fantastic first cue for some one, and it could also be the start of something being handed down through the family.

Take care
