Hello,

This used Schon I took in trade and would like to turn it into cash. I do not know the model number but it's very cool looking. It has ebony, ivory and some blue stone looking substance (blue malachite or marble of some kind). In very good condition except for a ding above one of the points and what appears to be a scratch in that same point. I tried to get a picture of it for you. All rings smooth.

I'll do $675 shipped. Weekend one-time Price drop: $625 for the one ivory ferruled shaft, $700 w/both shafts shipped in cont USA. ( I saw a cue I want)

Butt: 15.43oz & straight
Shaft: 12.65mm, 4oz, ivory ferrule

I have a second shaft without an ivory ferrule which is 12.4mm, 4oz that I can add for $100 additional or swap out for the ivory ferruled shaft and reduce the price by $25 to $650.

(both shafts are straight but have a slight bow in the middle (taper roll as some would say), but very slight - tip stays on the table at all times when rolled.

Thanks for looking,

Dave

Off to work bump. If anyone has info about this cue, I would like to hear from you.

Dave

That is a great looking Schon. I couldn't find any info about it online, though. If it were me, I'd contact Schon and see what they tell you about it. Good luck with the sale.

Thanks, I think I found something. I think it's a CX-56 that was an exclusive from CueStix Inernational. Retails at $1125. w/o an ivory ferruled shaft, which is a $65 upgrade. They are available on the internet for $900 w/1 shaft (not ivory). The blue material appears to be synthetic marble - very cool effect, looks great.

I didn't know any of this when I made the trade but I'm glad I did, I liked the cue very much. This is a very good price for a well balanced, unique looking Schon.

I was also told that this was a bad time to post a cue for sale because of VNEA Vegas going on. I will bump this but sparingly until they return.

Thanks for looking,

Dave

Sunday bump before tourny.

No Comments even? Tell me what you folks think, is the cue too non-traditional looking, priced too high (about 1/2 of retail), the silence is deafening. I have locals interested in it w/the 2 shafts for $750 but of course, no money (and no shipping fees for me :)).

The cue looks great in person. Many of those tiny scratches in the finish do not even show up except for the close up pictures. Really, the only real blemish is that ding that I show in the picture. Very well balanced.

Hope to hear from you soon,

Dave

I think it's a pretty fair deal, Dave. Problem is there are too many sellers and not enough buyers.

Ain't that the truth! Hope you are doing well, Ross. Did I hear you are leaving the great northwest? Good luck if it's true.

Yes sir! 3 weeks and counting... I think I'm driving through your "hood" on the way back...

Might as well try to bump this for 1,000 views :). I will look at offers for partial trade + cash if that makes it easier.

dave

Yahoo! over a 1,000 views, thanks. :) But no takers or offers :(. You all know it's out there so I will not bump it anymore. Please contact me if interested.

Again, thanks for looking.

Price drop

Price drop will be for this weekend only (see 1st post - $625 shipped) and will be sold locally after Sunday. Please ask any questions if interested. I saw a cue I'm interested in so I'm trying to generate cash to make the deal.

Thanks again for looking.

Dave
