Has anyone seen Justin, heard from him or knows if anything is going on. I ordered some merchandise from the TAR website about 3 weeks ago and have heard nothing after mutilple emails, and even some private messages to Justin on this forum. Havent seen any new posts from him either. I would just like to find out about my merchandise. Something must be going on because Justin seems like a good guy on this board.

I'm pretty sure he is just arriving back from a trip to NYC.
Trust me, you have nothing to worry about. Justin is about as honorable as they come.

And just prior to that trip he was doing the BCA thing in Vegas and the Bartram/Appleton challenge match. This sounds like right around the time you ordered.

Thing is, TAR isn't like a Pooldawg or something with operators standing by and a warehouse full of shipping clerks.

Shoot him a PM.

Justin will be back any day now.

He's like me and the rest of the little guys trying to climb the ladder in the industry. We try to do a dozen things at once, and sometimes ...on those rare occasions when we actually have customers...lol....well, we manage to forget about them.

It's nothing personal :p

Maybe it would benefit you guys to find a fulfillment center to handle the shipments. Give up a little cut of the sale to pay someone else to warehouse and process the orders.

Some people are already doing this in the billiard business. If you have to wear too many hats then you end up neglecting something.

I wanted to add that when I was on the road and had merchandise I had my setup done in such a way as to be able to create labels through UPS/FEDEX/POSTAL SERVICE - print them out on a portable printer and then take the stuff to any pack and ship and place and drop it off. I was able to get on the internet and create the labels through tethering my laptop to my phone. I probably sent a couple dozen cases and about ten cues this way over a period of two years when I was on the road.

I kept boxes for my stuff and made boxes from the free boxes that fedex and ups offer, and sometimes bought boxes if what I had didn't work.

NOT that this will work for TAR or anyone else - just an example of what I did that worked for me.

Travis3c:

I'm pretty sure I heard Justin on one of the recent streams talking about trying to hire someone to help out with customer orders-since he is often busy on the road with production issues.
