I don't know, I don't think so. I think its a lot older. Have they been making them or a long time? It looks like the STL-3 only has one solid color in the points. The one I have has like 3. It's kinda hard to see in the pictures though.

Also, the STL-3 has silver rings above and below the wrap. This does not have any.
