I would like to thank Marshall, for spending time on the computer and the phone, with me last night. Lets just start with Joint protectors- I was blown away-coffee wood, ivory, safires. I have koa wood statues, banana wood figurines.(from Hawaii) Hand carved Ivory elephants, letter openers in the shape of alligators of ebony with ivory tails. from(africa in the 70's) Soap stone figures, hand carved as well. All displayed in our home. Collected from around the world. And here Marshall is doing this carving for cue joint protectors-wow-,right here in the USA , sure beats the competion out of the water. I can't say enough about the non-traditional looking cues- I have been reading Bill Strouds comments to cuemakers to step it up a notch- This guy has set the bar very high for himself already. He is using multiple splicing technics. His website should include 5 languages. German,English ,French,Spanish and Russian. Because he will be well recieved in all these country's and perhaps more! His cues will have several unique features. Superior Craftsmanship,Exotic hardwoods and quality materials, hand selected to create some of the finest and most attractive cues being made today. sign me up for 1-mark

I'm still waiting to see these joint protectors everyone is talking about! Especially the guy who made them...

Cannt thank you enough Mr. Mark everything you have said about me.
I am humbled by your words. As far as owning a cue from me your on the list.

I am still a little sick, but when I get better I will be running when I hit the floor. I am ready to get back to what I have been doing for a long time.

Thanks again.

I spent about 45 minutes on the phone with Marshall tonight. I was blown away. He is infectious. He has such energy and excitement in his voice. He spoke about the subject of the evening, his phenolics thread. He spoke about his cues, and different methods he uses to make various aspects of the cues. His customer service. Again, I was blown away.

I hope that some of the folks here on AZB that are interested in cues take the time and give Marshall a call. Spend a little time on the phone with him. I think we're going to see a lot from him in the future. I'm looking forward to seeing his work grow.

I've been thinking this same thing since Marshall has been back. I really think he has the potential and self drive to become known as a top shelf cue maker.

joint protectors

I have talked to Marshall alot and I have to say I am very impressed by his work, way outside the traditional way of cue building, but Marshall as a person has a very infectious attitude and I can say I have enjoyed every conversation I have had with him. I look for great things to come out of him in the future. Hope your feeling well Marshall.
