I haven't been around here a long time.... I see some really nice cues has joined the gallery.
I've known KJ for a long time from Seybert's forum and this forum as well and I wanted to get a cue from him for a very long time.
I finally did
It's been great dealing with KJ, he is a real pro.
I have to say that his craftsmanship is second to none and his finish is superior to many. He really knows how to build a good playing cue.
This cue features a Brazilian Rosewood forearm and butt with a beautiful BEM handle. there is a wide Maple burl ring above the butt cup and the KJ's trade mark rings at all locations, each ring is shifted at 45 degrees from the other.... beautiful and accurate work.
I really like the natural tone of the cue.
And above all it plays great!!!
It came with a Predator 314-2 shaft and KJ's shaft that was made from a hand picked blank from Cory Barnhart, this shaft feature the old type Aegis ferrule that gives the hit a "ping" similar to ivory.
