Unless you've been to any of the shows at Pool Table Magic you probably haven't seen one of these. This is a double full spliced John Davis blank, birdseye in the center spliced into ebony on both ends. Titlist color veneers in this one with purpleheart and ivory spears at the ends of the central points. This is one of the first doubles John did, and he has shortened up the central piece so there are full points up and down. I'm very pleased with having one of the early ones though, and I believe this is the only finished one outside of Paul's shop at this point. Maybe he'll have some others finished up for the SBE.

So unique and creative. Drexler continues to knock them out of the ballpark every time!

A true work of art.

after I own a PFD since a few days on my own, I really don´t understand, why Paul isn´t hyped as some other cuemakers are.

So far it´s the finest playing instrument to me I owned or played with. Sure- it´s the first PFD I held in hands and I can´t compare to others, but I don´t believe, that they play that different.

A really beautiful piece of cue!
