TvMike is live now. Detroit Monthly Jack n Jill - Scotch 8 Ball - it's a blast!

He should not be banned,,I'm from his his area and like the streams from him. Whats up with this??
I come here to see if he is streaming.

Well,,that does answer my question. I understand that this site wants to keep "spammers" out ,and they should. But is that really what that is?? Advertising pool related items on a pool related website?
I believe that is how he makes it possible to buy equipment and drive all over the state of Michigan and beyond and give free streaming videos of tournaments.(almost every day of the week) To the moderators: Maybe there should be a place on this site for pool related "spam"! Players do want to buy dvds of themselves winning a tournament!! And sometimes even losing it. lol
But OK!!! Its spam and not allowed. Is that the only time he has posted something like that?? If it is,,,I believe ,,,all that had to be done is to tell him,,,Not to do it anymore!!! lol
BTW: I have only met Mike one time when he streamed a tournament I was in. But I watch his streaming often.

I also like Mike and have enjoyed watching some of his streams.

If you follow the links provided in an earlier response as to why Mike was banned, az moderator, Mr. Wilson, stated "unsolicited PM's are the equivalent of spam. We ban spammers."

So, my take on it is that what we saw Mike posting in the "Wanted/For Sale" section was fine, but apparently, he must have taken it a step further by advertising his cd's via unsolicited private messages to forum members.

I may be wrong but I think I'm right.

Best,
Brian kc

I too think Mike does a great job streaming. Hopefully he will not spam in pm's any more.

We already have small in-boxes, I didn't appreciate getting unsolicited PM's regarding something I had no interest in.

Bigtruck never did that, nor did TAR.

I'd imagine that was a huge issue.
