My new Cocobolo/Curlymaple "AL Bautista"cue

Very nice! And from a great guy too. I traded emails with Al recently and he's a stand up guy.

Far as I know, everyone does. Then the hit test comes into play. If it plays good to them it is a keeper. If not, then it is off to the block. Last time I was around a bunch of cues for sale, I never heard anyone say "Man that is one ugly cue. I gotta have it." Cues are like finding the right mate, you like what you like. One mans filet mignon is anothers man sh*t on a shingle. JMHO. Nice looking cue also. Congrats.

Far as I know, I wasn't asking you. I buy cues based on performance. I could care less what it looks like. Looks are the icing on the cake. Maybe a better analogy is making friends at work. It is a nice thing but it doesn't pay the bills...
