Agreed. I bought the ppv and was barely able to see anything and finding out this morning (when I already have plans for the day) that it is being replayed today kind of sucks. I would have preferred to read that it will be showing at 2 pm next Sun so that I could actually plan to watch it.

Oh well, at least some people will get to enjoy it.

Poor guy is trying to do the right thing, but he's been banned on this forum, from what I read, though I never did find out why.

He's damned if he does and damned if he doesn't. Sometimes you can't win, but at least he is trying to make things right. Bravo to him for doing so! :)
 
Just don't understand why people gets so excited for watching something that looks like it was fixed! It is not as bad as the other match with SVB but, still.

I may be missing something that could have happened behind the scenes, but I see a lot of companies on this forum providing their contact info, so that members can seek more information if they are interested in buying a pool-related product. He was in the Help Wanted section of the forum and not in the Main Forum. Did he go overboard with too much advertising?

I'm not really sure beyond that thread. From what I've heard about TVMike, he seems like a nice guy, so I don't know.

Hopefully, his ban isn't very long.
 
He was sending people unsolicited PMs. A BIG no no here. I think they pulled his plug for that.

Ah, I see. Poor fellow didn't read and/or understand this forum's rules about soliciting.

Well, to me it looks like he's trying to make things right. No matter what he does, though, there's going to be a voice of discontent because of what's already happened.

I have to give him kudos for reaching out to this forum from afar to remedy the situation. :)

Yes, I paid for the BAD Blood stream and was displeased with day 1's coverage. Nevertheless, I'm not asking for any refund. 25 bucks isn't worth the hassle. I chalk it up as a lesson learned.

I probably won't be buying stuff from him again. Daddy was right when he told me that you only get one chance at a first impression.

Nevertheless, I hope he finds success in his future endeavours.

Before banning tvMike permanently, I think he should have gotten a warning first. Compared to what other posters here get away with, I think the punishment far outweighs the crime. IMO, tvMike should be given a second chance.

They could have chopped up the money after it was over. We will never know. But to watch both guys run over 100 balls thats well worth watching. As far as SVB throwing the match I think your way off base. You could tell after that match he was really down. That table had him way off his game. Earl just flat out out shot him on that table. I can't see SVB throwing any match I just don't think it's in him. What would he have to gain? Money? If you have been around him after a match there are guys lining up to play him for $50 or a $100 a game. Just to try him or to say they played him. He sure don't need the money. I can't see him risking his rep for what they were playing for.

He got barred for 30 days i think not permanent

I filed for a refund with paypal then dropped it when Mark Cantrill posted he would be taking care of the refunds. Not that big of a hassle.

Maybe he will replay it more than once to accommodate those like yourself who can't watch today?

Hope you're right, I have to work all day. I can't b#%ch though because I didn't buy the PPV. I worked that weekend.

Mr. Wilson made a post about the ban. I think he got 30 days and was allowed to come back the days he had the ppv running to assist with technical issues. To the best of my knowledge it wasn't a permanent ban.

Did he forget the finals of the masters? I think he may lose a few potential viewers.
