Hello,
I am new to the forums and looking to sell my Hills custom cue.

This was sold to me by a local pool player that is a friend and he had it custom made. The wood for the shaft was a "diamond" grade shaft dowels, matched for tone and weight at 34 and 35 growth rings per inch(GRI) from Eric Crisp at Sugartree Cues. The Dowel for the forearm came from Markus Deinst whom owns Eurowest Cues in Germany.

I have the certificate from Hills Cues with this cue and this is what it says:

"This Hill Cue features a AAA birdeyes forearm and a bocote butt sleeve. The Handle is white with brown speck Irish Linen, with slotted rings of 16 Micarta slots set into Ebony bordered by bocote. The joint and butt are Aegis, 2 shaft 12.5mm, moori tips, ivory ferrules, length 58" weight, 17.8oz, radial style pin 3-8/10 made by Hills cues. Custom Joint protectors."

This cue was amazing and still is. It has been played with for a little over a year straight. Normal wear on everything but one shaft has a nip in it from it hitting the corner of a table I assume. The cue itself is amazing and I can say it plays so well. It also comes with a cuetec 3 butt/5 shaft case and a break cue at no extra charge. I will also include free shipping to the U.S.

I am asking $650 which is a steal considering the dowels used to make this cue. I will consider all reasonable offers though. Paypal will be used for payment and shipping will be immediate. I could not add pictures due to me using my phone to post this. So if you PM me with your email I will send you pictures. Write with any questions and this will come with the certificate from Hills Cues.

Hey Andrew! With the new baby, I guess something had to go, sorry it's the Hill. I sold this cue to Andrew about a year ago and will vouch completely for him. Here's a link with photos to the gallery when I first got it from Darrin. That tight-eyed heartwood BEM from Marcus (EuroWest) is just killer, as is the totally crazy bocote buttsleeve from Darrin (his idea). Everybody that plays these shafts wants them, 34 & 35 rpi is just outrageous...somebody's gonna be very, very happy.

Ray, Actually I just graduated and I am working at the labs 30+ hours a week, than working my regular job 32 hours so I have no time to really do anything. I hate to sell it but someone can make better use of it than I can right now. Plus my pool team actually kicked me off because of Vegas. Long story but they are acting like 5 year olds.

It is an amazing cue. really is

Yes, it's an amazing cue. I'm sorry to hear there was some kinda problem with your team in Vegas...next time I see you I'll hear all about it, maybe from somebody else before I see you, as much as you're working. Congrats on graduating, a real accomplishment, Sandia National Labs is lucky to get you. Good luck on the sale!

As it turns out the buyer whom wished to purchase this cue backed out and now it is back on the market.
It is a beautiful cue and you will not regret this purchase for your game. Please PM if you have any questions or post them here. I was going to hold onto this cue but things keep changing so I will part with it.

Price is still the same
