NO TOUR CARDS TO PLAY IN GSBT EVENTS!!
Regular player entry fee: $60 (includes tournament/registration fee)
Player discounts: Must have proper league card, drivers license, military id to receive discount!!
League players: (APA, BCA, TAP) $50(includes tournament/registration fee)
Seniors: (60 & up) $50 (includes tournament/regstration fee)
Juniors: (14 & under) $50 (includes tournament/registration fee)
Military: (active w/ ID) $50 (includes tournament/registration fee)
Ladies: (non-touring pro) $30 (includes registration fee)

**A $24 tournament / registration fee is taken out of the entry fee. The rest is added to the tourney prize fund.
Ladies who pay $30 to play a $10 registration fee is taken out. The other $20 is added to the tourney prize fund.

When 3 or more ladies enter the tournament there is a separate $50 prize fund paid out by the GSBT for the top lady. Just an extra incentinve for all of the ladies to get in here and battle with the guys!

** PLAYERS MUST HAVE A VALID ID TO PLAY IN THE AMATEUR EVENTS!!
A/B Amateur Events-NO PROS ALLOWED!!!!

There are 4 ranks of players: AA, A, B, & C.
AA: race to 10
A: race to 9
B: race to 7
C: race to 6

Rules & Details:
-Lag for the break
-Rack your own balls w the 2 ball in the back of the rack
-Alternate the break
-Texas Express rules
-Double elimination and TRUE double elimination finals!
-9-ball does not count on the break in the bottom two pockets (NEW RULE)
-7 ft Diamond bar tables - 2 Diamond 9 fters for ACTION!!

We are really excited about getting to do their grand opening event! Tournaments at the beach back years ago were always successful, we look forward to making this one that way too! See you soon and spread the word, I am anxious to see this new room, heard it was gonna be a top-notch billiards room / bar. Please post some pics when you can!
 
BUMP for this new venue and keeping everyone informed about this room located in Myrtle Beach, SC!! :) We will be down at the beach the first week in July, I am excited about hanging out here and getting to meet everyone!
 
This is a MUST attend! We were there for a week and had a blast!! The room is awesome and the ppl we met were just unreal! They were very hospitable and really treated us like family! You must check it out if you are on vacay at the beach..if not be there on the 10-11th!

Sure thing, I have to get errands out of the way... pick up trophy, send out some flyers, and have the new schedule on hand, we are officially booked for the rest of the tour season...yay!!! See you guys later on today!! :)

Shore Thing Billiards

The newest and nicest poolhall to hit Myrtle Beach is having a 8ball tournament every Friday night at 9pm. It will be a $10 entry fee, plus 50/50 quarters per game. The owner will match the pot up to $200. It will be a handicapped tournament.

Hotels at the beach

We have had several calls about where to stay this weekend. There will be several nice hotels available at the beach. After Labor Day, the beach is considered to be in the "off" season. This is a deal we found on the internet and I am sure there are more if you just go and look. This is located close to the pool room and is oceanfront so that is why we chose this one. Just remember that the pool room is located in the shopping center next to Biminis at the very end of Ocean Blvd. on the north end. The very last hotel is Sands Ocean Beach Club where Ocean Annie's is, we checked there and they don't have many openings and are quite a bit more expensive.
