Joss cues service

Damn, I haven't had my shaft serviced for free in awhile

Seriously, there customer service seems to be excellent. Was this a production Joss from an online store or a custom?

Joss Service...nice to hear

I have had mixed experience with my 2 Joss Cues. One good, one that started really bad and turned out okay(internet dealer).

I am glad to hear that Dan and family treated you so well. I suppose buying a 3rd cue from them helped a bit too.

Congrats. I may go back with a Joss later on now if my next purchase isn't a custom (long ways off) based on your experience.
Perhaps it was the way I went about things, since I had a sour experience with the Internet dealer before I finally had to contact Joss about my issue. Neither of them were very happy with me.
I am very glad to see them treat you so well.
