Eye wear

Pool players have more balls

The best and most important thing I did last year was get appropriate eye wear. And I have to brag about the Dr. & Optician. Dr. Linda Malisan listened closely to what I needed. I explained the glasses are for playing pool....I need clear vision on a 4.5 x 9 field. She tried different lens testing until I felt I had a good view.
And then Mr. Mark Linder(optician) takes over. He got a pair of oversized frames (RayBan Shooters Glasses) and worked with me until I was 100% satisfied. The glasses make the difference between seeing properly and playing good pool or not playing at all. My vision is poor/blurry. I cannot read the numbers on the balls and they are fuzzy. These glasses are the magic pill for me. I swear by them. If you are in the area this office is worth the visit. This is a small quality facility. They are located in Montgomery County Pa.

Do you mind taking clear pictures or even model number of you frame. I might have to show this to my doctor. Thanks in advance!

not trying to hijack your thread or discredit the Dr's you have mentioned. Just wanted to add that RandyG also knows folks that specialize in pool eyewear. During a recent lesson with him I mentioned I may need glasses in the near future. He couldn't stop praising the folks he knows and recommends. The frame style is custom designed for players I believe, so it is another option for people like me with small faces that feel RB large lenses are too big.....Dan

They are Shooters glasses by Ray Ban. Target shooters would use these. The dark lens were replaced with my RX. People told me I'm shooting better pool. I said NO...I can see better. I like to lean low almost touching the cue. These frames are perfect for me. BTW that is not me in the pic. I'm ugly. That is an ad from the company.

No problem...we're all on the same side...and these have to be done in the area you live in...adjustments may be needed.
