Here is a well played Schon Custom that is a solid player. This cue has some bumps and nicks in the forearm, sleeve and the finished part of the shafts. No nicks or dings in the playing section of the shafts, they are really nice, smooth old shafts. I don't think the shafts are original to this cue as the rings are a little thicker than the ring on the butt collar but they are nicely matched and fit the cue perfectly. Here are the specs.
Butt is 15.70 oz, straight, with a new black with white spec linen wrap. Each point has a long sharp ivory diamond inlaid and has 4 veneers, speckled teal, black, burgundy and black. Has a small aluminum bolt to hold the bumper on.
Shaft #1 is 12.8mm, 4.1 oz. unknown ferrule material and Triangle or LePro tips. This shaft is a dead straight monster. Has some nicks and scratches in the finished section from the joint collar up about 4 ".
Shaft #2 is exactly like the first shaft only has a little wobble but, the tip doesn't leave the table apart or attached to the butt. Cue plays great with either shaft.
Cue is 19.8 oz with either shaft and balances at 19" from the end of the butt cap.
Did I mention that this cue has some bumps, nicks and scratches?
