Hey AZer's,
Here is the latest creation out of the Black Boar shop.
Tony made me something very classy and unique.
This is a beautiful flowing cue with close to 700 inlays.
The delicate Gold, Silver and MOP inlays are executed to precision.
This cue also has the special Silver and Gold BB lettering
The pictures will really tell the story...

This cue is no longer available

That is one hell of a cue. I would inquire but know I can not afford this beauty. Very, very nice though.

Ken,

The collaboration between you and the cuemakers you work with has certainly resulted in some truly amazing cues. These guys just keep pushing the envelope for you.
At the ICCS show, you shared the inspiration behind Manzino's "La Finestra" with me. I would love to hear what inspired this cue.

Best,
~Beau

damn nice Cue and the Inlays looks like 3D:rolleyes:

this is stunning....it belongs in a jewellery exhibition... just beautiful...

Stunning

When does art cross the threshold of functionality? This may be it. Makes me wish I had kept my BB I had years ago. Thank you.

New black boar masterpiece cue

Love it ken!!!!!!!! I can see your design touch in this cue. The gold, silver & mop in the intricate inlays is so intricate & remarkable. Best wishes, paul del giudice "pvd1"

One of the best looking BBs I've ever seen because its not TOO overloaded with inlays. Just the right amount to make it really fancy without looking too busy. Sorta like what the 'fatboar' shoulda been. Congrats.

Just out of curiosity, do BBs come in woods other than ebony/blackwood into maple?

I concur.

I usually don't like BBs because they are too gaudy for me. This one is just elegant. I want it!

Hi Beau,
I have to give Tony all the credit on this one.. He knows my taste of cues and let me know some elements of what he was making, but it was totally his design. I was pleasently surprised when I saw it for the first time..

Tony's work

Almost everyone that sees Tony's Cues don't know what they are looking at. They see a very pretty Cue.
Some see what I see. Layers of inlay work on top of more layers of inlay work on top of more layers of inlays. This goes on for 4 or more layers. And at every stage the whole work has a possability of being canned if anything goes wrong.
Wood has to be cut exactly for the inlays. Inlays have to be cut for other inlay work that will follow it. And after that more inlays will follow on top of what is already 3 and 4 layers of work. All under high magnification.
I see alot of builders doing fancy shiny work these days.
None do the multiple layerd work Tony exicutes.
Great Cue!
Congradulations Kenny,
Nick :)

Yeah. But can he do floaters?!

Again, beautiful cue Ken. Very clean and classy.

That is one of the best looking Black Boars I have seen in a while. The others may have been bigger cues but this one flows much better in my opinion.

Thanks for sharing.

Second that - what a beautiful cue! What incredible workmanship! And with its layered inlays, it's kind of hiding its light under a bushel - however, I particularly love the fact that it's not too busy on one's eyes. High-end low profile, so to speak. Wow!

Greetings from Switzerland, David.

Dammit! i am 99.99% sure i can't even afford one of the shafts even if its missing a ferrule! If you want to pm me a price just in case i win the lottery i never play that would be great because if that scenario happens i am this cues new owner!:embarrassed2::embarrassed2:

Wow wow wow

What can I say that hasn't already been said, the inlays are just a phenomenal design.
