I had one with similar floating points about 15 years ago. It was signed on the forearm 1 of 7, but Tim only made 3 as it was not a popular design. It had solid GOLD notched diamonds in each point as well as in the butt sleeve. Hit lights out. You guys will die when I type this, but it was lost to hurrican Katrina in the New Orleans area.
